Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be prepared, shipped, and delivered. 

All items are made to order unless stated otherwise.

• Processing time: 2–4 business days
• Custom or personalised items may take slightly longer. If so, this will be clearly stated in the product description or discussed with you before purchase.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Item size and weight
• Delivery location
• Selected shipping service

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail, chosen for its reliability and nationwide coverage.

Depending on the item and destination, your order will be sent using one of the following services:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class (standard)
• Royal Mail 1st Class (where selected)
• Royal Mail Tracked services (for higher-value items)

The exact service used may vary, but all shipments are carefully packaged to protect your item in transit.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

• 2nd Class: 2–3 business days after dispatch
• 1st Class: 1–2 business days after dispatch

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 7–20 business days

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

Tracking is included where available. If your order is shipped with a tracked service, tracking details will be provided once your item has been dispatched.

Please note that standard Royal Mail services may not include full tracking.

If your order appears to be delayed, please allow the following before contacting us:

• UK orders: up to 10 business days after dispatch
• International orders: up to 25 business days after dispatch

If your item is confirmed lost by Royal Mail, a replacement or refund will be offered in line with Royal Mail’s claim process.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

TinyKraftKabin cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
