Return Policy

This Returns Policy explains your rights and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

This policy complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Our products are made using natural materials such as wood. Variations in grain, texture, and colour are natural characteristics and not considered faults.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in original or equivalent protective packaging

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

• Custom or personalised items
• Items made to your specific request or size

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged:

• A replacement or full refund will be offered
• Return postage will be covered where applicable

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. 

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Return instructions and address will be provided once a return request is approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting me first.
